Lawrence J. Trabucco, Managing Partner
Prior to founding ClearOptions, Mr. Trabucco’s Human Resources career spanned over 30 years, including 17 years as the Chief Human Resources Officer for a two billion dollar company.
His experience has been in multiple industries, giving him a broad and comprehensive understanding of diverse workforce cultures. Larry’s career has taken him to companies including: Marriott Corporation, Hanes-Sara Lee, Atlantic Bancorporation and the Blue Cross Blue Shield system.
One of his major focuses today and throughout his career has been the complex issue of workforce stabilization. “Many times when an organization stabilizes it’s workforce, no matter what their size, suddenly, all the key indicators fall into place, such as productivity and positive financial results."
His accomplishments have ranged from building a national sales force for a fortune 500 company, to establishing a fully operational HR division for a company of 4,400 employees. Because his experience has shown him the importance and criticality of workforce stabilization, he has focused his attention in three related areas: the selection process, utilizing the most effective management development programs in the marketplace today and showing companies the criticality of gathering rich workforce intelligence.
Larry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University and has been a Certified Behavioral Analyst with the firm Walter V. Clarke and Associates since 1978.
